Detailed Rules for the Quality Supervision and Spot-check of Leather Belt Products of Guangzhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration (revised in April 2023) 1 Sampling method Randomly select products that have passed the product quality inspection certificate or are qualified in other forms and are recently produced. The sampling base can meet the sampling quantity. See Table 1 for the samples taken from each batch of products. Note: 1. Inspection of rubbing color fastness. If the sampling on the finished product can’t meet the test requirements, the project is exempted from examination. 2. Only the items with assessment requirements in the corresponding product standards shall be tested, and the products of enterprise standards, group standards and local standards shall be implemented. The inspection items shall be implemented with reference to the above contents. 3. For the products whose standard number has been declared invalid, if it is confirmed that the products are produced after the implementation of the corresponding current effective version of the standard through the information such as the production date, the identification item determines that the product standard number is marked incorrectly. 3 Judgment Rule 3.1 According to the laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules and normative documents related to the standard QB/T 1618-2018, the current effective enterprise standards, group standards, local standards and product express quality requirements 3.2 Judgment principle After inspection, all the inspection items meet the standard requirements, and it is judged that the products are not found unqualified. Any one or more of the inspection items is unqualified, and it is determined that the products are unqualified. When the product is unqualified in Class A items, it is seriously unqualified.If the expressed quality requirements of the inspected products are higher than the standard requirements of the inspection items in these Detailed Rules, it shall be judged according to the expressed quality requirements of the inspected products. If the quality requirements of the inspected products are lower than the requirements of the mandatory standards on which the inspection items are based in these Detailed Rules, they shall be judged according to the requirements of the mandatory standards. If the expressed quality requirements of the inspected products are lower than or contain the recommended standards for inspection items in these Detailed Rules, it shall be judged by the expressed quality requirements of the inspected products, but it shall be explained in the remarks of the inspection report. If the express quality requirements of the inspected products lack the requirements of the mandatory standards on which the inspection items are based in these Detailed Rules, they shall be judged according to the requirements of the mandatory standards. If the express quality requirements of the inspected products lack the requirements of the recommended standards on which the inspection items are based in these Detailed Rules, the items shall not participate in the judgment, but shall be explained in the remarks of the inspection report.
