There are more than 9,000 A-level logistics enterprises in China, and the total income of the top 50 logistics enterprises in China is nearly 2 trillion yuan. A number of internationally competitive logistics enterprises have begun to emerge.

  He Liming, president of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, told reporters that we should also clearly realize that compared with developed countries, China is not a "logistics power". The overall logistics efficiency is still not high, the adaptability between supply and demand of industrial logistics is insufficient, the comprehensive competitiveness of logistics enterprises is not strong, the shortcomings of rural logistics, cold chain logistics and aviation logistics are still outstanding, and the satisfaction of life logistics needs to be improved. In the process of building and developing the "channel+hub+network" modern logistics operation system, it is necessary to build a "market-oriented, people-centered" Socialism with Chinese characteristics modern logistics operation system in accordance with the deployment of the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", develop modern logistics services that "the market is really welcome and the people are really satisfied", and promote the high-quality development of China’s logistics industry.

Deepen the coordination of cross-departmental and cross-regional logistics policies to avoid multi-head management and repeated supervision. Strengthen the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional logistics infrastructure such as railways, aviation, ports, parks/stations, support the construction of smart parks and intelligent warehouses, promote the coordinated integration of various logistics resources, and promote the development of multimodal transport. Actively promote the popularization and application of intelligent logistics equipment such as automatic freight driving, unmanned distribution, unmanned cargo planes, unmanned docks and storage robots. Support the development of digital logistics platform for online freight transportation, promote the development of life logistics platforms such as instant logistics, e-commerce express delivery and freight transportation in the same city, and meet the needs of people for more diversified and personalized consumption logistics.
