The service fee charged by the card issuer will charge the debit card and credit card differently. The debit card rate is reduced to no more than 0.35% of the transaction amount, and the single charge is capped in 13 yuan.

  [Impact] The majority of merchants have ushered in a "fee reduction package". The National Development and Reform Commission recently revealed that compared with the rate before adjustment, September 6 — On November 15th, all kinds of merchants saved about 1.9 billion yuan in spending on credit card fees. It is estimated that by the end of the year, they can save about 3.1 billion yuan, which is equivalent to saving about 9.7 billion yuan for the whole year, exceeding the target amount of 7.4 billion yuan previously predicted.

  16 kinds of real estate registration fee waiver

  [Policy] Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance issued the "Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Fees for Real Estate Registration", which clarified the fees for real estate registration and the preferential policies for fee reduction and exemption, and implemented fee reduction and exemption for 16 kinds of real estate registration.
