According to Huizhou Daily, on the morning of February 8, the second session of the 13th Huizhou Municipal Committee of the CPPCC held an election meeting, and Wen Yongyu was elected as the chairman of the 13th Huizhou Municipal Committee of the CPPCC.
According to the public resume, Wen Yongyu was born in November 1968 in Jiexi, Guangdong Province. He used to be the deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Supervision Department, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Supervision Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. He has worked in the discipline inspection and supervision system for a long time.
According to Huizhou Daily, on January 4th, the CPPCC held an enlarged party group meeting, and Wen Yongyu, Party Secretary of the CPPCC, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
Huizhou City is located in the southeast of Guangdong Province, belonging to the northeast of the Pearl River Delta and the middle and lower reaches of Dongjiang River, between 22 24 ′-23 57 ′ north latitude and 113 51 ′-115 28 ′ east longitude. The city is 152 kilometers from east to west and 128 kilometers from north to south. According to the website of Dongguan Municipal People’s Government, on the afternoon of February 9, the second session of the 14th Dongguan Municipal Committee of China People’s Political Consultative Conference held an election meeting. After the election, Zheng Jianmin was elected as the chairman of the 14th Dongguan Municipal Committee of the CPPCC.
According to the resume published on the website of Dongguan Municipal People’s Government, Zheng Jianmin, male, Han nationality, born in May 1966, has a university degree, and is a member of the party member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the chairman and party secretary of Dongguan CPPCC.
Zheng Jianmin has worked in Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office for many years, and has successively served as the director of Farm and Refugee Affairs Department, the director of Cultural and Educational Publicity Department, the director of Foreign Liaison Office of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, and the member and deputy director of the Party Group of Guangdong Overseas Chinese Affairs Office. In October, 2018, Zheng Jianmin was appointed as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, and has since become the chairman of Dongguan CPPCC.
Dongguan is located in the south-central part of Guangdong Province, on the east bank of the Pearl River Estuary and in the Pearl River Delta downstream of Dongjiang River. Because it is located in the east of Guangzhou, it is named after the rich Wancao. It is between 22 39 ′ ~ 23 09 ′ north latitude and 113 31 ′ ~ 114 15 ′ east longitude. The maximum longitudinal distance between north and south is 46.8 kilometers, and the northernmost is Datan Township of Zhongtang Town, which is adjacent to Huangpu District of Guangzhou, Zengcheng District and Boluo County of Huizhou City across the river. The southernmost is Yantian Reservoir in Fenggang Town, which is connected with Baoan District of Shenzhen. The land area of the city is 2460.1 square kilometers, and the sea area is 97 square kilometers. Adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao, it is in the middle of the economic corridor from Guangzhou to Shenzhen. It is 59 kilometers away from downtown Guangzhou in the northwest, 99 kilometers away from downtown Shenzhen in the southeast and 140 kilometers away from downtown Hong Kong.
