In July this year, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation issued the first technical guide for smart waterway construction in China — — The Technical Guide for the Construction of Smart Waterways in Jiangsu Province innovatively puts forward the construction objectives, framework and contents of smart waterways in Jiangsu Province, which will guide and standardize the orderly construction of smart waterways in Jiangsu Province and provide technical support for promoting the high-quality development of waterways.
As the only province in China that has both a river port, a seaport and a river port, Jiangsu has unique port resources.
