The Notice clearly lists the Catalogue of Fresh Agricultural Products that can enjoy the free policy, including 128 specific varieties or categories in fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, fresh aquatic products and fresh meat, eggs and milk, which basically meet the daily needs of the masses.
The second is to meet the requirements of vehicle loading. How to define "vehicle loading"?
