6月14日，义蓬派出所户籍室收到了一份特殊的身份证调用申请，申请人是沈女士的父亲，73岁的沈大伯。
沈大伯说，他想借用自己年轻时的黑白身份证照片，为大哥临摹一张“遗像”作为纪念，“家里老人曾经说过，大哥长得和我挺像的。”
沈德泉比沈大伯年长21岁，生于1928年。
1951年6月，23岁的沈德泉加入中国人民志愿军，还当上了副班长。同年11月25日，他在战斗中遭遇敌机轰炸，牺牲在异国他乡的土地上。
“我大哥和我都不是爱拍照的人，年轻时的照片更是没有，想来想去，派出所是我们一家最后的希望了。”沈大伯说。
收到这份特殊的申请报告后，郎浙琳颇受触动。
她想帮助老人完成心愿，于是查询了相关法规之后，主动与沈大伯一家联系，沟通调用事宜。
随后，沈大伯一大家子相约来到了义蓬派出所户籍室，办理身份证照片调用的相关手续，并当场拿到了黑白照片。

After getting the photos, the Shen family found the peers of the martyr Shen Dequan in the village, asked them to help recall the appearance of the martyr before his death, and then asked the painter to help with the portrait.
As soon as the portrait was completed, Ms. Shen contacted Lang Zhelin and thanked her again.
