6. Create and spread political rumors, and in severe cases, expel the party.
Article 52 of the "Regulations" stipulates that those who create, spread and spread political rumors and undermine the unity and unity of the party shall be given a warning or a serious warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.
Those who have bad political conduct, make anonymous false accusations, intentionally frame or create other rumors and cause damage or adverse effects shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
7. Those who disclose this information will be expelled from the Party in severe cases.
Article 128 of the "Regulations" stipulates that those who disclose, spread, inquire about or steal undisclosed matters such as cadre selection and appointment, disciplinary review, patrol inspection, etc. or other contents that should be kept confidential by party organizations shall be given warnings or severe warnings; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.

3. According to the provisions of Article 59 of the Regulations, those who organize or join the Huimen or cult organizations will be expelled from the Party for the planners, organizers and key members.
For other participants, if the circumstances are minor, give a warning or a serious warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.

6. Article 62 of the Regulations stipulates that those who participate in the use of religion to engage in incitement activities shall be expelled from the Party.
7. Article 63 of the "Regulations" stipulates that those who organize superstitious activities shall be given the punishment of revoking their positions within the party or staying in the party for observation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.
Those who participate in superstitious activities and cause adverse effects shall be given a warning or a serious warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.

8. Article 64 of the Regulations stipulates that planners, organizers and key members who organize and use clan forces to oppose the Party and the government, hinder the implementation of the Party and the state’s principles, policies and decision-making arrangements, or undermine the construction of the Party’s grass-roots organizations shall be expelled from the Party.
For other participants, they shall be given the punishment of revoking their positions within the party or staying in the party for observation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.
